Description:
(URL removed) is a Web portal where home owners and contractors can meet and conduct business. This Web portal will allow potential consumers (home owners in need of services) the ability to submit a Request For Quote (RFQ) to contractors (paid site members). The contractors will post their bids for the requester to review and select from.
The entire process includes a series of questions to guide the home owner into making a "proper" request. It will help them find the best contractors for their particular needs using an easy to understand (step by step) form process.
The contractors will have to submit their bids by answering several questions that will help the home owner determine the quality of each contractor's offer. Contractors will provide the home owner with in-depth details for the project including the types of building materials and grades of quality.
