Description:
This is an established Meineke/Econo-Lube franchise which provides a wide range of automotive maintenance and repair services to the general public. It is ideally located in a heavily commercial area at the intersection of 2 main roads, within 1/2 mile of a major freeway, and right next to a large mall. The owner has built this business into a highly successful and profitable franchise with a customer count of approx. 4,500; one of the most productive Meineke/Econo-Lube franchises in the area. The owner is now ready to sell and move on to another, larger business in another industry, leaving the benefits of his hard work to the next owner. This is a turnkey operation, with 2 well trained manager and 2 highly skilled techs. The facility is fully stocked and equipped. Meineke corporate will provide 1 month's training, and then local training for the new owner. And Meineke provides ongoing national and local support to its franchisees. Additionally, the current owner will stay on for a week after the new owner returns from training. This is a premier automotive franchise business opportunity, and has been priced to sell fast!
