We have closed on our construction financing and just broken ground on our latest project. It is a 10 unit townhome project that pencils out as either a for sale project or as an apartment building nearby the Port of Los Angeles. We own 100% of this project and are very confident that even if the real estate market doesn't improve by August 2009 (completion date) that our extremely low cost of construction will allow us to still sell these at a nice profit or in bulk as an apartment project.
