Description:
My corporation is used solely for my business as a self-employed Realtor with ReMax. I will most likely create a new corporation to be used to facilitate the new business. I am looking to create a family entertanment facility in my area north of Cincinnati, Ohio. Complete costs of the project are estimated at $8 mil including land. I have additional investors locally in support of this due to its value to the local school systems and local sports organizations. I am only looking to borrow enough to get the loan approved and have the operating costs the bank wants me to have in my reserves to be used prior to doors opening. The business will be in the black by the end of the 1st month and will grow very rapidly as well as I will be expanding the facility to have additional recreations optio
