Galactica Oil LLC is a startup oil and gas company seeking to acquire low production oil wells on which we can apply our knowledge of completion and production engineering to increase their production. We are currently evaluating a prospect in Oklahoma that contains approximately 20 producers and 4 injectors. They currently produce 100 to 250 bbl per month but we believe could produce 450 to 600 bbl per month through cleanouts, fracture treatments, and new surface equipment. There is additional upside in other zones including the Viola Lime that we would seek to test and potentially drill wells for through our cash flow once production has been stabilized.
