Stone Cold Music--- A team-consisting of a renown L.A. director (Eric Mofford); production crew headed by the founder of the International Film Festival Circuit (Michael Catalano), multiple musicians in the Nashville music industry (Jared Blake, The Levees, Nicole Witt, Brother Trouble, Tiffany Goss, and two other acts), music producers Biff Watson and Frank Liddell-has been formed to create a full-produced pilot for major cable networks to bid on for the spring lineup. The basic idea was that a national audience has never seen the true story of the music industry in Nashville. The four major labels in Nashville are collapsing because front-end, fixed cost methods of promoting and marketing cannot breach a national audience anymore. The desire to bring in a group of investors outside of the Nashville music industry is based on the fact that seven different residual profit streams could be formed and don't want the big players in town attempting to leverage their positions against those streams.
