We are a floor service company in the Cincinnati tri-state area. We have been in business since 1986 and do over $2 million in sales annually. This year we should do $2.5 million in sales. in 2007 we hired IPA to come and help us transition from a "mom & pop shop" operation or one man outfit to an organized company with systems and controls. Many of these changes I made personally (Ryan Hall, Brett's son and full time since 2005 when I graduated with an accounting degree) and they have paid off so far. We are up $70,000 on our bottom line for 1/1/08 thru 3/27/08 compared to same time last year. For the past few years the company has struggled to be profitable (not had anything on the bottom line) simply because with one man trying to do everything it was operating well above capacity
