I have created an online job board to compete with what is currently available to users. I have a website built but it needs additional funding in order to compete and make it the best available site of its kind. This site should streamline the process a job seeker goes through to find a job and is more cost effective for clients posting job opportunities on the site. The client posting the site pays a much smaller fee than they would pay with competitors sites and the cost is free for job seekers. I plan to develop a brand that will enable the site to generate revenue through through advertising as well as through selling job postings for clients. I will not allow any deceptive forms of advertising that would diminish the development and credibility of the brand. I recognize that users need a credible site in order to find or fill jobs rather than a site just trying to sell advertising or postings. I am trying to legitimize the process of finding a job through an online job board.
