American Dream Properties is going to be a low-risk, family owned and operated, home based real estate investment business. Our purpose is to buy distressed, foreclosed, and/or undervalued properties for the purposes of quickly rehabilitaing and/or rennovating for fast resale and profit. Our community has a large amount of properties for the middle to upper class; however, there is not enough good quality homes for the lower to middle class. Our target population will be this class of buyer (ie.-singles, retired people, and/or single parents). We intend to buy homes in the $20,000.00-$80,000.00 range and sell in the $50,000.00 - $120,000 range in which the majority of this market segment can afford. Our goal is to make $10-20,000. per home. We plan to buy homes with interest only loan
