I am interested in purchassing an already existing beachfront resort in Thailand either as an independant business or as an overseas partner as a subsidiary. The existing businesses to choose from gross an anuual profit of between 100k to 200k. I am unable, however, to afford all startup costs and other logistical costs that would require me to tie up all my loose ends here in the States and set forth to Asia to purchass resort either as a LLC or as a subsidiary to the investor. I am currently in touch with the brokerage that will handle the transaction. I will need financed to able to store my belongings, obtain proper visa, flight costs, lodging costs, and all other costs in between. This can be done in 2 stages where as the initial "get-up-and-go" stage might cost about 10-15k then
