I currently have the oppurtunity to buy out a partner that is destroying my business. It is currently three used car dealerships, a trucking comany, and a reinsurance company. The first dealership sell on average 50 units a month with over 7 million in gross revenue and the second has been open a year and a half and should sell 20-30 but it has had non stop manager problems and the third which just opened is averaging about 15.
