Description:
The CCSET International Academy is a private school located in Antigua West Indies. Despite being founded extraordinarily quickly, we have grown from an idea in June 2006 to the islands leading primary and secondary school with more than 80 students. In April 2009, we anticipate announcing a 100% university acceptance rate for our first graduating class. We have also maintained excellent revenue grown rate during our two years of operation our tuition rates have grown by at least 20% yearly while our enrolment has grown by more than 40% yearly.
In September 2009 we will begin accepting boarding students from around the Caribbean and the world and already have the facilities in place to host up to 15 students on campus.
While the school is profitable we require outside funding in order to complete our athletic center and to add a new building for our growing colligate level classes. CCSET is committed to using our profits to develop our facilities and while we have only been operating for two full years we have already used our first year’s profits to construct a basketball court and will complete construction of a low ropes course and a competitive swimming pool by April 2009 with a portion of our second year’s profits.
We require funding in order to expand our current athletic center to include a full sized football (soccer) field a second volleyball court, a tennis court, an archery range and to renovate our equestrian center. ($50,000.00)
We also require funding to construct a separate building for our collegiate which has expanded from 1 student in our first year to 16 students, we feel that the collegiate will experience rapid growth and need to be able to offer classes for up to 100 students by September 2009.
Finally we would like to expand our boarding facilities by building two new cabins for our boarding students.
The total funding required is a maximum of $500 thousand USD but that will vary based on the construction materials and contractors used we anticipate being able to complete the above project for less than $300,000USD.
