BWC Community Center is a community based project and we are dedicated to promoting a positive self image in children and youth by providing opportunities for them to learn and express themselves in safe, supportive (URL removed) desire to provided for the counseling of abused children and their parents, scholarships for gifted children, specific summer sports camps, culturally and/or socially significant children's dance and theater groups, and other programs that promote the healthy emotional and physical growth of children. Help to establish a learning and recreational area for children of mothers participating in "Time Out For Moms" (a program designed to assist recovering mothers who are struggling to provide for their children).
