This is a small deli that has excellent potential. It has been in operation since 2000; however I just purchased it in May 2006. Both myself and the manager I hired have over 30 years experience in the deli and bakery business. I am looking for funding to expand the deli to include a hot deli and full bakery. The competition in this area is minimal. There is one grocery store bakery and WalMart. I have had many of my customers ask me to bake the bread of their choice because they can not find it anywhere. I am looking to find a building suitable to include the bakery. If you have the money to invest please do so. Thank you for your interest.
