I have 20 years experience in the insurance industry which includes personal and commercial insurance lines and would like to start my on company. I need the funds to purchase an existing business and/or several books of business from producers that are ready to retire and own their on accounts. By purchasing an insurance business or several books of clients from an agent I would have instant funds coming in every month from the renewals, but I need the additional funds to pay the overhead and employees. I am also seaking agents or insurance companies that are willing to let me pay them monthly for buying the agency or books of business which will allow me to pay them from the commissions I will receive from the insurance carriers.
