Description:
Perfect land for sale. Back acreage rents already for $12k a year and a rental property at $800 a month. There is a large building i want to put a thrift store in and run a flea market in the weekends. It sites on a state route so there is high visibility and the building sits close to the road. It used to be an antique store, so set-up should be minimal. I want to run a hippie inspired thrift store, Boho-Bernie's, donated and consigned items and I love making tie-dyed items which would sell new. As the business grows, I would like to incorporate some newer items as well. The town is perfect for a thrift store, the closest one is 29 miles away. I've spoke to a lot of people who would love to see one open up. Plato's Closet is the closest one and it caters to tweens, not adults. I've been dreaming of this for YEARS! I know it would be a success. If you are willing to take a chance, please contact me for full details.
