Description:
CBARPA is a small 501(c)3 non profit charitable organization that is dedicated to animal welfare and lowering the euthanasia rate in our community by providing transportation services to lower cost spay/neuter clinics, adoption services for abandoned or unwanted pets, assistance to lower income families for spay/neuter services. We have recently entered into the bidding process to provide animal control services to our community. This requires funding to cover the first six weeks of operation (which is when CBARPA would first receive an installment payment from the communities).
