The Rob Skate Academy has been around for over 18 years serving the San Francisco, Bay Area and many other places across the US. The core of the program specializes in mindfulness mentorship through the power of skateboarding as well as teaching individuals how to skateboard safely and properly. Rob himself is an Olympic level trainer working with top athletes from around the globe prepping for the 2020 Olympics.
With an initial goal to become the Bay Area's most reputable youth development and enrichment center, not only has the Academy advanced skateboarding within the area, but the program has empowered the youth community at social and anthropological levels.
The core mission of the Rob Skate Academy is to make skateboarding on par with traditional sports in the educational system. We plan for every school across the nation to have a skateboarding program from K to 12. In addition, that will further lead into college scholarships and set a new Olympic pathway. In junction with this mission, we will be building more indoor training facilities in key hub locations. We know that through skateboarding, our youth can develop as reputable members of the community and succeed in whatever career path they choose.
