My company purchases real estate for little or no money down. We particularly purchase single family homes because they are in a great abundance in today's market. We, in turn, clean the properties up, if needed, and either rent the properties out, or we lease the properties out to people who have not yet established their credit to obtain a mortgage. My company uses creative buying techniques to purchases the properties. We particularly target sellers who are in distress. By distressed sellers I mean sellers who's property is costing them money that they cannot afford. My company provides the seller with relief and gives them the opportunity to receive more money, in time, for their property than their original asking price. We have developed a buying technique that benefits all parties involved in every sale. Our buying and selling techniques help people sell their homes and buy homes with a quick and easy solution. Quality Investing makes it's money by holding on to the properties for several years and selling when the market increases. We also build equity in the properties over the years through the tenants we put in each property. Our company does not have a quick pay out, but we do have a sizable pay out over time.
