This area is prime for my company to "take flight" by controlling lot pricing, home pricing,(URL removed) are well respected in the area and the climate is right for us to become the major influence in the area. Capital would be required to purchase golf and lake lots, as well as interior lots and to develop a spec house program roll out that would start one new home every two weeks and grow with pre-solds from there.
