We purchase raw land in the Maryland Tri State area and develop that property with all entitlements approved. We do not break ground or "move dirt" as of now to further reduce our exposure, risk and ability to do a managable amount of projects a year. We have a unique ability through our systems in place to identify, locate and negotiate prime development property with excellent terms and high profit margins. MRDG is in the early stages of making a big break on the landscape of the Eastern Shore of Md and Northern Md, where development is encouraged and currently under exposed. The only factor limiting our ability to turn a modest profit into a very large profit is the proper funding or partnership with a cash investor/backer.
