Description: I am one of the partners with VAST Energy which is an energy and production company based out of Utah. We have assembled a great team of talent and are focusing on expansion, either through a commitment to our company or through funding some of our prospects. This may be premature, but some of our prospects include: - Low-risk resource plays located throughout the South and Midwest regions that we sell to our private investors. - JV on up to 450,000 net acres throughout Central Utah. - Currently funding our lease acquisition funds for the purchase of additional lease acreage blocks. - Many drilling opportunities (and additional lease acquisition) in areas where we have proprietary 3D seismic. - Two very large projects that we are currently working on that are “resource plays” with reserves up to 200MM BBL and 1.5 TCF. These two projects are obviously large, but we have agreements in place to take up to 15%-25% of each project. - Exploratory Drilling Opportunities with science backing - Other resource plays I am not sure of your interest level, but we would like the opportunity to set up a conference call with you and/or your company and my partners to see if there is a fit to work together in the future.
