Using cutting edge technology to fit for golf equipment to an extreme level not attainable by 95% of fitters in the country. Currently in the works to get a proprietary fitting system where we will have an 80 mile protected territory and will give us some of the most advanced technology in the Southeastern US. Also 2,500 of golf retail in the front, however focus is on fitting, which differentiates us from everyone else. When fitting customers into perfectly fit clubs by getting the perfect frequency matched golf shafts in all of their clubs, we use the major brand names, which most custom fitters do not use. Using the major brand names gives us the power to offer the "perceived" best equipment on the market and matching it with our ability to put perfect shafts in that equipment. Average order on these clubs is $1,500 with total gross margin greater than 50%. We also specialize in analyzing current equipment to inform the customer on how well their current equipment fits them, many times this results in very high margin repair work on existing equipment. Golfers cannot buy equipment that fits them to the level that we set equipment up to fit them. We challenge any golfer with clubs that have been "fitted" to allow us to analyze their clubs for no cost to educate them on our fittings versus everyone elses fittings, this 95% of the time results in a very surprised customer. We are a very unique operation that has tons of upside potential. Right now we are very under funded and under staffed due to a lack of funds. This business has the potential to makes very healthy profits if seeded with the proper amount of capital. We are open to an investment or a full purchase with opportunity to maintain current owner who sells, fits, repairs, builds, and can do any part of the business. If we can get staffed to a point where current owner can just sell or fit and have someone to take care of office work, this business can be an elite one.
