I am looking to start a mens retail clothing store that offers Men name brand clothing at great prices. Currently there is no competition in this area, unless you want to drive 70 miles, or dress at Walmart. There is a Gen X store, but it only offers clothing that appeals to teenage hispanic hoodlum types. There is no name brand clothing for respectable adult men in this area. There is however a great big empty storte building in the center of town, right off the highway. I am in college taking business courses, and my instructor thinks I have a great idea and a great opportunity for a Marshalls, Kohl's or Ross.
