We are familiar with the industry and all of the components that come with these type of projects. We have a few great properties in mind that will be sure to return a substantial return in a short amount of time. We are willing to negotiate the percentages and will assume 100% of the responsibilities involved in the rehab. Investors business proposal upon request.
