I am a residential Real Estate agent in the Minneapolis Lakes area. I have joined (URL removed) in search of private funding to structure a contract for deed.
I am looking at multi-family properties in the Minneapolis Lakes area under $550,000. Being very active in the area, I am very familiar with values and come across many opportunities for residential real estate investments.
The terms I am looking for are flexible, but ideally I would like an interest only structure, or 30-year amortization payment schedules for the next 2-5 years.
