The Solar Cone is a structure that rises up to heights as high as the investment permits. Generally,the cone structure would be as high as a cell-phone tower and possibly as high as a nuclear cone. The cone is open at the top and originally was to hold solar panels lining the entire surface inside and out of it. Now the cone becomes an entire solar "panel". Fifty of these things grouped together are a power plant. Green? Yeah.
