Description: HPB Realty Developers Ltd. seeks a total of $3 Mil in equity capital to design/build a demonstration "Renewable Hydrogen" Net Zero Energy single-family home and purchase land for future development. The H2 Home will i) be LEED-Platinum certified, ii) adhere to Living Building Challenge precepts, iii) produce onsite, renewable energy were excess power will be sold to the Ontario Power Authority, and iv) integrate a unique hydrogen production/storage/power generation system for electricity, heat and vehicle fuel needs. We have assembled a very strong team of professionals and firms who possess the requisite and confirmable expertise to carry out the near term business plan and successfully transition the Company to planned multi-unit developments. We currently have a small private placement of Flow-Through Shares available to Accredited Investors. These shares qualify for the tax benefits associated with the "Flow-Through" of Canadian Resource and Conservation Expense. A larger Limited Partnership offering is currently under construction and will be available to Accredited Investors in early October. The project will be the recipient of refundable Scientific Research and Experimental Demonstration tax credits. We plan to provide to Investors liquidity by way of a public listing of securities in approximately a twenty-four month timeframe. The combined funding from the stock and Limited Partnership private placements will deployed to i) site acquisition, ii) architectural and engineering fees, iii) hydrogen technology engineering fees, iv) project management fees, v) home building materials, vi) renewable energy device and hydrogen infrastructure purchases, vii) options on & purchase of a future development site, and viii) cash reserve. We seek Accredited Investors who can bear an investment hold period of at least two years. Additionally we seek ethical brokers who have a demonstrable performance-based track record in capital raises for tax-assisted private placements.
