Description:
Photetica is a pre-market, medical device company with a utility patent that was established with the following mission:
“To Be The First Medical Device Company To
Significantly Change Oncology, Diabetes, AIDS and Immunology”
The company acquired a U.S. utility patent for a phototherapy based medical technology in 2005 and has recently developed and filed a new patent for the treatment of pain realized in chemo therapy induced and diabetic peripheral neuropathy. The company’s next short term goal is raising 1.25 million dollars (through the sale of preferred stock yielding a ten percent dividend), completing two new FDA approved clinical studies, publication in peer reviewed articles and FDA approval of the new claim, “effectively treats chemo therapy induced peripheral neuropathay” (CIPN). The company will begin sales through a DeNovo registration with a second generation portable medical device, sold directly to oncology and diabetes patients suffering from peripheral neuropathy. FDA DeNovo approval takes 90 days upon submission.
The company through its two sole shareholders have internally funded all IP acquistion costs, including research and development of initial portable prototypes, along with all electrical engineering required to produce future products. The company will conduct its clinical studies in conjunction with one of the most well known and respected names in health care.
The companys goal is to sell direct to consumers domestically and provide (through OEM and licensing ventures) institutions, Oncologists, and Medical Doctors with extra revenue while decreasing, and in some cases eliminating peripheral neuropathy and neuropathic pain.
The company's founder is globally recognized as an expert in direct sales and direct marketing.
