We deal with Sr Executive Level Placement and services. We do not charge companies a fee, instaed our clients pay us a fee/ commission upon successful placement. Companies give us their top level position because we deliver on prescreened and prequalified candidates saving them time and money in the hiring process. Most top level positions are not advertised and we generally get first shot at them over a normal recruiter who may charge 25-30% in fee's. We do offer services upfront such as resume preperation and networking plans along with interview preperation and those are paid in advance by the candidate. Generally companies will pay a signing bonus to the candidate at this level so we generally get our money upfront from the candidate upon hiring
