MTR, Inc. is a Houston, Texas based company incorporated in the state of Nevada. MTR was founded to meet the exponentially growing demand for tattoo removal services and deliver them in a unique setting also suitable for other quick, common and low-risk laser aesthetic procedures.
Our major points of differentiation from competitors is the venue where the procedures are performed and the target market we are pursuing. Management has decided to develop the company based on a franchise platform due to our model's high applicability to franchising and the quick ability to grow. We have engaged the very distinguished franchise consultant, Francorp, to assist in all phases of development. We have completed the franchisor business plan and projections and have now begun our initial fund-raising stage.
We are seeking $750K - $1M in start-up capital to build out the initial 1 - 2 prototypes, backend systems and implement the marketing and sales strategies.
In addition, we have also been very engaged with one of the world's largest surgical laser manufacturers for the past several months. As this is a unique, industry-disruptive model, they are very intrigued by the franchisability of our model and its ability to be expanded on an international level. We are currently developing partnership options that would be most advantageous to them and MTR.
