am looking to open my own restaurant. I have five years experience in the fast food business and the reason i want to open my own business is i have grown tired of other restaurant owners who stress cleanliness, safety, good customer service and quality but they simply do not enforce it. i believe this is very very important. without these you wont in business very long. i want to have a restaurant where we live by these rules and enforce them but also create an enviroment where the employees enjoy coming to work. and i also want to create good benefit programs for our employees so they know they are taken care of in the event of an emergency or crisis.
