I invented a modification of a hydroscopic polymer and created a time release mechanism to deliver fertilizer and water to plants, indoor and out. Saves as much as 50% of water, decreases fertilizer run-off. Uses: container plants, landscaping, golf courses, farms, nurseries, municipalities.
