My company is comprised of myself and my wife. We just got off the ground last year with flipping houses and added home/office cleaning and organizing this year.
We are looking into building a sizeable all-inclusive apartment complex. I have narrowed the location down to 2 areas. The population came out for Bradley County this year at 109,000 people and growing rapidly. There are 2 colleges in town (Lee University and Cleveland State Community College). Basically the renter would pay by the month for phone,utilities,internet and cable,washer and dryer,etc. Investors needed to start ground breaking.
