this is still in the conceptual stage: The idea is to provide a do-it-yourself auto shop for "weekend" mechanics to have a facility where they can do basic mechanical repairs on their vehicles. I envision a 20 bay building that includes lifts, tools (for sale or rent), fluid change and refill capabilities, on-site mechanics to provide advice, computer diagnostic machines (for rent),and possible cross-marketing with various auto parts stores in the area. This concept can be easily franchised throughout the united states. The customer will be charged per garage space possibly hourly or daily.
