We help investors find large tracts of land, usually in the county to purchase. At that point, we meet with the planning/zoning and other city/county departments to find out the requirements. Our goal is to help with the due diligence process, to gather the information for the investors or investment teams. At that point, we would present all gathered information and help in the decision process that would be the most cost effective and financially beneficial way to proceed. We help with scheduling of surveys, the platting process and the subdividing of the land. We work daily and closely with the investors, contractors and the development team.
Our goal is to be the force that drives the process of an investment from start to finish and that our investors succeed. We want to be a valuable team player in the complicated processes of developing and selling land projects. Our company continually looks for investment opportunities. We have a large contact base of potential buyers. Our company specializes in finding buyers who want to purchase property with owner financing. We always need investors who see the value of financing property for an 8-10% return with a substantial upfront down payment.
