Description:
To Whom It May Concern: We're sourcing for co-founders and investors in order to build a SONICS DRIVE-IN Restaurant in San Diego Ca. We have a business associate who will partner with us and contribute the land and we plan on doing a "sale-leaseback" to generate capital. That being said, our capital requirements will be much less than $2 mil that we stated above. We're interviewing co-founders who will be our operating\equity partner and when we have a firm commitment for financing, we'll be contacting SONICS franchising department again to apply for franchise.
