My company need investor in buisenes that can make more than 1.500 000 Euros per year it is very safe investing in my busines becouse it guarantes profit and my project is long term not short term busines,basically my project is complex in wich i would build 1000 beds fore students and rent tham ,but that is not only renting beds it includes building in that complex everything that one student needs for his life ,restaurant,library,shop and stores,bakery,swiming pool,gim,sport hall,laundry room,etc. (and all this will bring money)in my city there is more than 15 000 students and they all pay 200 euros per apartments and my idea is to charge them 50 euros per month but i would make aronud 1000 beds(500-600 rooms) for tham,that guaranes me secure busines in long term ,and all rent money would be netto profit and other incoms from bacery,stores,renting gim,swimingpool etc. would take care of all complex needs souch as workers paychecks utilities etc.
