Aquatred for equines is a therapeutic tool for combining a treadmill, whirlpool and swimming pool. This system is utilized for conditioning, rehabilitation and pre-training. This system is in high demand for performance horses as well as race horses for everyday workouts and for yearlings in preparation for the race track. The buoyancy of the water displaces 40-50% of the body weight without the high impact of traditional workouts while the resistance of the water promotes bone density, muscle development and sculpting without compromizing tendons, and ligaments. While on the Treadmill we can apply whirlpool jets for massaging action while controlling the speed and water temperature. In this region there are only a few (in-ground) treadmill systems forcing horse owners countless hours of driving as well as the risk of injury during the trip. We have designed a system utilizing a portable treadmill with a custom trailer to accomadate the race tracks, veterinarian clinics and professional training stables. At this time we currently have standing appointments with the local racetrack, equine hospital and private barn. In addition we also have request for private trainers and show barns.
