Description:
Hello,
This business opportunity is a motel in Lake Tahoe; the greatest & most popular destination recreational hot spot of northern california.
This property will fill a gap in the market of clean, remodeled, modernized, large guest rooms in a great location at a reasonable price.
The rooms will be customized for individual guests, in order to meet their needs and exceed any expectations. These rooms are: Honeymoon, Romantic, Executive, Sports, and ADA rooms. Where the actual rooms are specifically designed and set up for the guests who are staying there. An executive's needs traveling for business purposes are quite different than a couples needs, everyone of course will have the same essentials, but there will be subtle differences that will make their stay even more comfort
