We are a small fruit and vegtable producing farm. We also produce soybeans, wheat, and horse hay. We have approxamitly 60 acres that are owned or leased. We are trying to expand our business by purcashing 154 acres. This includes 66 acres in productive fruit trees and 80 acres in open farm acreage that will be planted in fruit trees. There is a 35,000 bushel cold storage unit and a 35,000 sq ft packing house plus an older packing house (used for storage) with a 1,000 bushel cold storage under this building. I have 25 years in the fruit bussiness and 15 years in management. The orchard that I own has been in the family since the late 1890's.
