I am looking to start a beverage store (package store) that has the potential to make increasing profits in an developing retail area in Atlanta that has only two competitors a grocery store and another package store 3 miles away from the shopping center. The advantages that my store will have is that it will be located inside the shopping center which would guarantee sales because of the other retailers in the center that causes the customer traffic, the grocery store only sale wine and beer where we will liquor, wine, and beer, we would have a better apperance than the other corner liquor store and other marketing techniques to guarantee proficent sales.
