This is for-profit business is a funding vehicle to sustainably to contribute to the endowment which the foundation will re-distribute as grants for local non-profit organizations and funded programs.
High net-worth investors will have similar investment opportunities and be able to contribute part of their returns to the endowment. The only difference is that their investment funds will be managed in separate accounts.
In essence, our website is an online tool for the investors to manage their accounts, and serves as a driver to raise funds for the community foundation.
We are in search of a startup business loan, so that we can establish an investment account, build the website and online application, and establish the community foundation. The website will post information that explains the fundraising effort, and by joining the group, each member will contribute a percentage of their return to the endowment.
Right now, (URL removed) has partnered with experienced senior analysts at two brokage firms; they will manage the investment group's account with multiple investing strategies. Here are some additional details relating to the type and use of funds that we are looking for.
(URL removed) currently plans to raise funds primarily to establish its own investment account, and the monthly return from the investment will be for the following purposes:
- Pay back the loan plus interest
- Build the website and online application that manages investor sign up, and transactions related to joining the investment group
- Establish the community foundation as 501(c)3, so all future donations will be tax-deductible for the investors who join the investment group
- Operating/Growth Capital (Payroll, Sales & Marketing, etc)
- Commercial Mortgage for the community art gallery and community center
With that in mind, (URL removed) is most interested in receiving capital from these types of funding sources:
- Alternative or Loan Funding
Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in lending and help us raise funds to build this website and establish the community foundation. Moreover, invite-only individual Investment opportunities (minimal risk with multiple strategies that produce monthly profit) are also available for (URL removed) individuals who are lending the loan.
Thank you.
