Description: I am in the process of bringing on a new product line for my business. I am going to start it up as a new corporation with its own identity and trademarks. I am looking to raise $200,000, offering up to 20% of the company backed by common stock at $10 per share, guaranteed by real estate at .25% PSV. I need an International Line of Credit for $100,000 and the rest for operating capital. The product line consists of 6 different badly needed products with my company having exclusivity on 2 of the 6 products and a 3rd in R&D. I am in the process of researching how to get these products approved for Medicaid, if you have any experience with that. My cost on the 6 products is under $200 per kit. Sold individually, the products retail for over $700. I am putting them in a kit and selling them as a system with specific directions on how to use them for $499 to two different genres at the total opposite ends of the spectrum. Do you think you would possibly be interested in helping me as an investor? I will accept up to 10 investors with a minimum investment of $20,000 each and I'll guarantee you 10% dividends at the end of the first year. A $20,000 investment will in essence buy you 2% of the company or 2,000 shares (based at $10 per share). At the end of the first year, you can request that I buy the shares back in lots of 100 shares at a time, or I will have the option to buy them back under the same circumstances. At the end of one year, you can choose to stay with me as investor, watch the company grow and enjoy the dividends as we grow or choose to sell your stocks, it’s up to you, but I’ll need your investment for a minimum of one year.
