We are looking for a parnter or an angel investor willing to invest in a family fun center here in Chesterfield, Virginia. We have done extensive research and have a "rough draft" business plan prepared that can be reviewed. We have found the space we wich to lease and are currently in negotiations with the current landlord. The fun center will be a minimum of 20,000 sq. ft. possibly up to 30,000 sq. ft. if we have enough funding.
