Description: We got approved in Oct. 2007 for a mtge., got a $1.8M appraisal, tried to borrow 50% and the lender claimed he stopped doing loans in Fl.!! We live on 20 acres in Bushnell, Fl. about 45 minutes North of Tampa and a few minutes off of I-75, specially zoned "dude ranch" by the county! It abuts one of the State Forests, has a 1600 sq. foot comm. building with his and hers handicapped bathrooms, a comm. kitchen, office area and room for several large tables for eating or meeting. 2 a/c units and an 8 foot covered wrap around porch around the entire building! An inground pool! An open-air, fully covered gazebo that can house about 200 people and a bar area! Three horse rings, one lit for night use! 11-room bunkhouse for room rentals with a manager's apt. 110 horse stalls. A 2004 - 2300 sq. ft. triple wide modular, that has been customized with wood floors and tile everywhere and stuccoed drywall throughout!(we live there!) We've decided to restart the ranch as it has a special use zoning as a "dude ranch", so we can do a lot of things here with that designation! We've named it Grand Oak Ranch and had our first event here 2 weeks ago! We have a lot of stuff done already! We're seeking a $100K mtge. or business loan, as we currently have a total of all mortgages of $780K(all private mortgages). The ranch can be used as collateral!
