Colorado Tile Works is a small commercial tile and granite subcontractor located in Denver, CO. We have worked for the same general contractors since our inception and value our relationship with them. We are looking for all available options to raise $100k in funding in order to fuel the growth of our Construction business and consolidate friends and family short term loans. We previously had a line of credit with a bank, but our local bank decided that they were not going to lend to anyone in the construction industry. We paid the line of credit back in full as agreed.
