Family Fruit Farm is part owner of 27-acre tropical fruit farm, with about 1,000 hundred-foot-tall mango trees, and extensive, variegated fruit orchard beyond that. With surplus mangos, white pineapples, passion fruit, and other tropical fruits, we can produce approx 200,000 bottles of wine per year -- an amount which is mid-way between the other 2 wineries in Hawaii (which sell all they produce). There are only 2 other wineries in the whole state, and neither is organic, and neither produces mango wine. The only other mango winery (not organic) is in Australia, which also sells all it produces, and has been increasing its production annually for past decade. We estimate gross profit will be around $2 mil per year, depending on many factors.
