Our company is a property management company which helps people who are in foreclosure able to keep their homes by buying their homes from them on a short sale bases and selling them back on a lease option for a 1 to 3 year period, to regain their credit status. We also buy foreclosures that are vacant and do minor cosmetic repairs and resell them under market value or if we can not get them sold we rent to individuals that qualify for section 8 housing which in turns guarantees our rent is being paid.
