BLD comes from my 30 years of mechanical, welding, fabrication and design. I’m opening my own Small Job Shop. I’m starting with a waterjet cutter and fabrication equipment. Then I will be able do full projects along with just cutting. I will enjoy working with many industries doing prototype, single pieces to larger production runs. I have a'lot of interest from different industries about this business. I am getting letters of intent form business I
know. Marine, construction, steel company, pluming / hvac, signage, stone & tile, custom motorcycle / automotive parts, the list keeps growing. Waterjet cutting is high production with very little retooling cost. Also being able to cut a large variety of materials some cant be cut with other tools. My friend that owns the steel company sends me info on pieces they can't cut that I could do.I have found a great freeway viable shop space.
